Does it work for remodels and additions?
Not yet. CertifiedT24 currently targets new-construction residential projects under the 2025 code, including detached new-construction ADUs. Additions and alteration compliance follow different rules and are not supported today.
What happens if my plans are scanned instead of vector PDFs?
Scanned sheets work too, though accuracy depends on scan quality. Values the reader is less sure about are flagged for your review rather than silently guessed, and anything it could not find on your plans is filled in from the 2025 code baseline and clearly marked as our suggestion.
Does CertifiedT24 register my project with CHEERS?

Which code cycle does it support?
